Tommy Holt Jr came from a humble home in Plainfield NJ in a middle class household. He wasn't born with a silver spoon in his mouth and didn't have the money or knowledge to kickstart his real estate career. He started to notice that he became increasingly more interested in entrepreneurship, rather than working for someone else. Nevertheless, just like most people, Tommy eventually fell into the trap of going to school in order to get a decent job, just to barely get by. 

He started in the US Army and then the US Coast Guard but eventually became a City of Miami Police Officer before earning his way on to the SWAT team. It was during a raid of a international drug lord in a prominent high rise condominium building that he had his "ah-ha" moment. After the raid was over he noticed all of the condo owners started to come outside to see what was happening. This condominium had over 300 residents and so did the 3 other condominium that were directly next to it. It was then that Tommy said to himself, "if all of these people could live here - why can't I?" From that moment on he became obsessed with business and specifically Real Estate. 

Tommy started his Real Estate career in 2008 in Miami as an agent but didn't get into the investing side until 2016 when he prepared to do his first flip (which he lost $10,000 on)... But, the loss was one of the best things that could have happened to him. It catapulted him towards the world of Wholesaling Real Estate! The next property he bought had something called an "assignment fee" on the closing statement. He noticed that he was paying $7,000 to the individual who he thought was the owner of the house but in actuality he was the Wholesaler! Tommy still bought the house (because it was a good deal) but became increasingly intrigued about Wholesaling because he realized that he paid $7,000 to someone who never spent a dime on that house and simply marketed it to him. 

A lot has changed since that second property. Now, Tommy has gone from an occasional house flipper to serious investor, who buys and sells real estate and real estate contracts in multiple states, helps to raise private capital for himself and investors, and operates multiple AirBnB's. He's not only created a high six-figure lifestyle, but more importantly has taught others how to do the same! He has been a guest speaker on multiple podcast such as Wholesaling Houses Elite with Max Maxwell as well as prominent speaker David Shands YouTube show Sleep Is 4 Suckers HD. He has also been a speaker at one of the largest social media influencer conferences "Social Proof Conference" as well as a speaker at the BYOB (Build Your Own Brand) conference held by Andrew Nguyen. 

Tommy's sole purpose in his career is to help as many people as possible, who are serious about creating a legacy for themselves and for their families.
